Get to Know Me

Saira is a transplant from the Hudson Valley in New York State. She has enjoyed being a part of the Triangle and all the growth it has seen over the years. She understands the desire to establish a sense of foundation in a new place. This is a value that shows up as a Real Estate professional. She loves to meet and learn about people from all walks of life and help them realize their vision of home ownership in the Raleigh and Durham area.

Previously, Saira owned a fresh produce distribution and logistics business with locations across the country. Saira’s success is rooted in her ability to negotiate on behalf of her clients to get them the best deal possible and ensure all the necessary parties come together to have a productive conversation that delivers on everyone’s expectations. She has a unique ability to make the financial aspects of a real estate transaction feel less stressful.

Saira has a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Public Relations from Quinnipiac University in CT. In her free time, she loves exploring, typically through food and good wine, locally and worldwide, as an international traveler.
